01 / What the GSOC does
The room that runs the response.
When an incident hits, the GSOC is the room that runs it. Analysts move actionable intelligence to law enforcement and authorized public-safety partners, hold real-time situational awareness, support the investigation, and coordinate across state lines and borders.
The effect is plain. Faster response, higher recovery odds, lower loss.

02 / TAA compliance
What TAA compliance means for your freight.
The Trade Agreements Act governs where work on certain government and defense-adjacent contracts may be performed. In practice, it requires that designated services be delivered from the United States or an approved partner country. For a monitoring center, the work is the watch itself. The room where your load is tracked has to sit on compliant soil.
An offshore GSOC cannot meet that bar. The monitoring happens in the wrong place, under the wrong jurisdiction, on the wrong time zone. If your freight touches a government program or a defense supply chain, that is not a detail to negotiate. It is a requirement, and an offshore room fails it before the first load moves. Ours was built for that work from day one.
03 / The offshore contrast
Most monitoring runs from outside the United States.
It is the quiet standard in this industry. The hardware ships, the contract is signed, and the watch floor turns out to be in a different country and a different time zone. We will not name names. We will state the fact, and we will tell you where ours is. Atlanta, on American soil, staffed every hour of every day.
Monitoring performed offshore, outside U.S. jurisdiction. No TAA standing for government or defense-adjacent freight.
Monitoring performed in Atlanta, TAA-compliant, 24/7/365. The room that runs your response is on American soil.
04 / Facility
Built for the work, down to the wiring.
A watch floor is only as good as the building behind it. Power, network, and access were specified for continuous operations, so the room stays up when a load goes dark.
